JENDOME GROUP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, deny, modify, or reschedule any requested service for reasons including, but not limited to, incomplete or inaccurate information, inability to verify identity, safety concerns, non-compliance with regulatory requirements, or operational limitations.
All services requiring legally admissible results will be conducted in accordance with strict chain-of-custody protocols. Non-regulated services may follow non-chain-of-custody procedures, as applicable.
