Booking & Cancellation Guidelines

Appointment Policy:


To respect both your time and ours, the following policies apply to all appointments with JENDOME GROUP:


Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed prior to the scheduled time.
Failure to confirm may result in cancellation.


Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $25 cancellation fee 
  • Same-day cancellations may result in a full-service charge 


Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $25 fee

 

No-Show Policy
If a client is not present at the scheduled time and location:

  • A no-show fee will apply 
  • Future appointments may require prepayment

 

Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may be subject to a fee.


Mobile Appointment Policy
For mobile services:

  • Clients must be ready at the agreed-upon location and time 
  • Travel fees are non-refundable once the technician is en route
